A fully featured accounting package with a secure log-in and which can be accessed via the internet means you can do your book-keeping and view your reports from virtually anywhere in the world.
Data is held in a secure environment, removing the risk of data loss from disaster, theft or hardware issues. Coping with hardware maintenance and system obsolescence, common as technology advances, is also resolved as the infrastrucure is managed entirely on your behalf. This means data backups are done regularly and automatically for you and the software is always the latest version.
After an initial one off setup fee you only pay a low monthly access charge. It's that simple. For a small additional monthly fee we can add Microsoft Office 2007 to your server so you have access to the latest versions of Word (wordprocessor), Excel (spreadsheet), etc.
Your accounting package will feature a sales ledger with invoicing and statements, purchase ledger, nominal ledger and cash book. Reports can be printed or viewed on screen.
As your accountants we also have access to your ledgers and data so that we can help you if you get stuck or customise your ledgers for. We could set up your opening balances if you wish so that you can start entering data right away. At the year end we can review your ledgers and prepare your annual accounts using the data you have entered as the starting point.
You may prefer us to update your ledgers for you but provide you with access to view the information. In this way you can view the state of your business finances and view your own reports.
